1. Right to reject advertisement:
All contents are subject to the approval of Yantraworld. It reserves the right to reject or cancel any advertisement, URL link, or any other commitment, at any time for any reason whatsoever, including belief by Yantraworld that placement of such advertisement may subject Yantraworld to criminal or civil liability.
2. Terms of payment:
Unless specified, all accepted advertisements would strictly be displayed after receipt and clearance of payment only.
All payments would be made through Demand Draft (DD) / Cheque, after finalization of the order.
3. Cancellations:
Except as otherwise provided in the Release Order/Estimate, the Release Order cannot be cancelled by the advertiser. In case of postponement of on-going campaigns, specific request should come in writing from the client with a notice of SEVEN clear working days. Payment once received by Yantraworld towards advertising will not be refunded.
